Happy Fourth of July!!

To celebrate this momentous occasion for our country, we did the following:
1. Explored the high seas! (As in, we rode our bikes to the church and back for a flag raising ceremony, and discovered we needed a pump.)
2. Went out shopping at a very upscale place (Wal Mart) to buy said bike pump. Which leads us to....
3. We got to a cool biking trail, and then, the bike pump didn't work. Oops.
4. We went to Wal Mart to return it, which led us to...
5. Riverside neighborhood, that's part of Westover Hills in Richmond. GORGEOUS view!! It looks out over the James River and Richmond. I should have taken a picture. Sorry. :(
6. We went to an extravagant restaurant for lunch. (Jason's Deli....good stuff....not to mention free soft serve old fashioned ice cream for free. Sweet!!)
7. We checked in on a couple that Justin home teaches. They're still out of power. Poor things.
8. We went home for dinner. I made beef, cheese, and black bean taquitos. Yum. Recipe: http://www.fortheloveofcooking.net/2010/08/ground-beef-black-bean-and-cheddar.html.
9. We were gonna go to a movie, but then 1. Justin got tired and took a nap, and 2. We watched good old Psych. And finally...
10. Someone mentioned chocolate chip cookies on Facebook. The next thing you know, delicious cookies were devoured. Yum. http://kirbiecravings.com/2012/04/cornstarch-soft-chocolate-chip-cookies.html

Happy Fourth of July to everyone!! Love ya!!

P.S. Baby G is doing great. He is still kicking and growing nice and big (as well as Momma, of course :)).
